Initial Assessment  $125  (1-1.5 hour)

During this one-on-one consultation, I get to know you and understand your primary concerns with respect to the body and its symptoms. Through an in-depth questionnaire, I learn about your lifestyle, eating habits, and health history. Since the body is incredibly complex, it will often require a unique approach to bring forth the hidden causes of imbalance and promt the healing process. A comprehensive nutritional, supplemental and lifestyle protocol is facilitated and reviewed at a scheduled follow-up session along with a personalized take-home package, including a meal plan tailored to your unique needs. 

Follow-Ups  $65  ( 30-45 mins)

 

You've started a health journey so lets keep you moving towards your health goal! Accountability and on-going support in your progression  may be a necessary factor in helping you reach your desired health destination. My objective is to continually provide nutritional guidelines, maintenance recommendations, and educational tools to maximize your health potential. 

 

House Calls  $99  (1 hour)

Need help revamping your fridge and pantry? What you may consider to be healthy may actually be harming you. Learning the difference can be life-altering.  Together we will create an ideal shopping list to support a healthier lifestyle for the whole family.

 

Grocery Store Tours  $99  (1 hour)

Are you confused about your food choices? A tour of your local grocery store will expose the real foods that have healing properties and contain all the necessary nutrients your body deserves. Learn to label read, shop with confidence, and be in control!
